The track is 1.3km long, covers an area of 50000 square meters, and is designed to run at 160km/h.At the beginning of the track lighting design, the fia about go-kart track lighting requirements, in the national standard requirement for illumination go-kart track for an average of not less than 80 lx, and the fia asks the average illuminance on the track 200 lx, through analysis of actual operations site need, together with the circuit designer agreed this go-kart track for the average illuminance over 150 lx, track illumination uniformity is greater than 0.4, glare value according to the road lighting technology standards.


1500 watt sports light

Design idea: the distance between north and south and east and west of this kart track is more than 200m. The original design adopts 4-base lamp pole arrangement, namely the south base and the north base.According to the analysis of our company's designers, there are many corners on the track, the radius of corners is small and large, and the direction of the track is very complicated. Under the premise of 4-base light poles, the lighting effect of some directions on the track is difficult to reach a better level, and the glare cannot be controlled in the ideal range in some corners.A good track lighting must be based on the direction of the track in the field, the reasonable distribution of light pole position, and optimize the lighting distribution, so that the track brightness as uniform as possible, glare control as ideal as possible.

At the same time, the use of LED light source as lighting equipment, the first can save energy, the second can reduce the later maintenance costs, the third can reasonably control the budget.Compared with traditional metal halide lamps, LED has no starting current at the premise of energy saving of 71%, so lighting equipment has greatly reduced investment in the cable budget.Although 200 LED lamps are used, the number of lamps is larger than that of traditional lamps, but in the actual lighting distribution, the rationality of lighting projection is also increased, so that the lighting distribution of the whole site is more meticulous, and there is a lot of room for adjustment.

How to use LED light source to achieve a relatively good level of kart track lighting is a problem that designers have been thinking about and exploring during the implementation of this project.In this project, the first difficulty encountered is to determine the position of the lamp-post. The coordination between the position of the lamp-post and the track is very important.Second, the choice of lamps. We often say that the biggest characteristic of LED is directivity. How to choose lamps can make the best use of "light" and maximize the use of light energy, so as to improve the light utilization rate of the whole site lighting and ensure good lighting quality of the track.In this respect, we did a lot of analysis and adjustment work, and finally decided to use a number of light matching scheme, to achieve a relatively uniform lighting environment on the site.

In this project, in order to improve the energy saving space and facilitate control, the lighting system adopts the power carrier control mode, and carries out the overall dimming for each base light pole, and the dimming range is 10% ~ 100%, so as to ensure the overall consistency of lighting effect in the course of dimming.The circuit can adjust the lighting brightness according to the needs, so as to realize the secondary energy saving control under the premise of meeting the application needs.
